WHAT WAYNE WANTS TO ACCOMPLISH

As your Representative I want to accomplish the following for the people of District 31 and the State of Oklahoma:

A list of priorities from the people of District 31, letting me know what is the most important to the least important. Together we will work on the list. 

Work to get the roads and bridges fixed or repaired in our District and in the State.

Economic growth for District 31 by working with the people to attract new businesses and offering those businesses the best incentives that we can under the current laws.  

Support our Police officers, Firefighters, Teachers and small businesses.

Support the further development and implementation of alternative fuels.

Work to put an end to government waste and corruption.

Demand that our state budget system be changed from what it is now to a Zero Based System.  Having all department heads held accountable for their budgets down to the last penny.

Keeping the people of our district informed as to what is going on in our government.   I will do this through my web site, news articles and holding town meetings.  The people of District 31 will be kept informed and they will have access to me to ask questions and get answers.

When the people of District 31 tell me how they want me to vote on a measure, that is how I will vote.  If other law makers, lobbyist or special interest groups come and try  to sway my vote, I will always vote the way the people of District 31 tell me to vote.  People I can not and will not be bought.
